The objective of Peabody Youth Hockey is to provide to the youth of Peabody the opportunity to learn and play the sport of ice hockey in a safe and controlled environment consistent with the existing USA and MASS Hockey Guidelines.
Peabody Youth Hockey is proud to be continuing the Academic Excellence Program for the 2015-2016 season. This program encourages, supports and rewards youth hockey players who commit themselves to their schoolwork while enjoying the sport of hockey.
Participants: Mite through Bantam levels
Qualifications:
ï‚· 3.0 GPA or higher for High School and Middle School students.
ï‚· “B” or 80% average for elementary students.
ï‚· “At grade level” expectations (on level/S) for lower elementary students.
High School Students: We will use 1st and 2nd term final grades.
Middle School: We will use 1st and 2nd term final grades.
Elementary School Students: We will use 1st and 2nd term final grades.
Process:
Provide a copy (these will not be returned) of your child’s report card for the appropriate term, along with the Participation Form to:
